In the past few days, the epidemic of new corona virus infection has affected the people across the country. HICC has done its best to build emergency medical facilities. It also mobilized party members and cadres to serve communities and villages and participate in epidemic prevention and control work,assuming the social responsibility as a provincial state-owned enterprises. Personnel of HICC actively donated money for the epidemic prevention and control, which contributed to the early victory of this battle.  

According to incomplete statistics, departments and subsidiaries of the HICC donated more than 5 million RMB to Wuhan, Shiyan, Huanggang, Yichang, Xiangyang, Xiaogan, Jingzhou, Enshi and other places. Among them, the infrastructure department provided materials with a value of more than 200,000 RMB to Yingshan, Luxi, Hanchuan and other places; Investment company donated 100,000 RMB to Qianjiang city and Dangyang city; HIETC has taken advantage of domestic and foreign resources to raise 22500 masks and 350 sets of protective clothing for cabin hospitals and isolation areas. Leaders of HIETC contacted Myanmar Mandalay Chamber of Commerce in China to donate 50,000 masks to Honghu, and 10,000 pairs of medical gloves, as well as more than 5,000 pounds of fresh vegetables to the community, with total value about 300,000 RMB. International Engineering company took advantages of local projects to donate a value of more than 1.5 million RMB materials and ambulances to Jingzhou, Yichang, Enshi and other places. And medical supplies; the poverty alleviation team of HICC in Zhushan County has exerted all energy to collected over 6,000 disposable medical masks, more than 200 N90 masks, 84 bottles of disinfectant solutions and 100 kg of alcohol for Yingfeng village.

In response to the call of the Party Central Committee, the employees of HICC actively donated money to support the prevention and control of the epidemic. Until 11:00 a.m. on March 3, party members and employees of HICC donated 357,435.12 RMB. They made every effort to win the block war and prevention and control work of epidemic.
